Roles
Picture: the Members tab under Settings, listing each member with their email, role and the date they joined, with the Invitations tab beside it and the Invite member button.
Every member of your Askpilot organization has one of three roles: Owner, Admin or Member. An Owner has every permission. Every other role is assigned its permissions on the Permissions tab, which sets what each role can do in the Askpilot organization, as What each role can do explains.
What each role can do
Picture: the Permissions tab under Settings, with the Owner row fixed to all permissions and the Admin and Member dropdowns listing every area with its actions, and Save.
To set what each role can do in the Askpilot organization, you assign permissions to it. To assign them, click Settings in the left sidebar, then the Permissions tab. The Owner row shows all permissions enabled and cannot be changed. The Admin and Member rows each have a dropdown that lists every area of Askpilot with the actions it grants, as in the table below. Tick the areas the role should have, or click Select all, then click Save. Every member with that role gets the same permissions.
