Where to find it

Picture: the Billing tab under Settings, with the plan card and its Open billing portal button, the Credits and usage card with the usage bar and the Add 2,000 credits button, and the Auto-topup switch.

Click Settings in the left sidebar, then the Billing tab. Any role with the Billing permission can access it, as What each role can do explains. It shows three things.

  • Your plan. The plan you are on with its monthly credits, when it renews and the estimated amount, in pounds in the UK or in US dollars elsewhere. Click Open billing portal to manage your subscription and payment details, and to view invoices.
  • Credits and usage. The credits in the current period and how many are used. Click Add 2,000 credits to top up at any time, for £25 in the UK or $30 elsewhere.
  • Auto-topup. Switch it on to add 2,000 credits automatically, for £25 or $30, whenever your balance drops below 750 credits.

How credits work

Every run of a workflow uses credits, and how many depends on the todos, the sources and the complexity of the work. Your plan gives you a number of credits a month, and the free trial every organization starts with gives 500. The Pricing page shows the plans and typical credit use per workflow.
