What Askpilot does

Askpilot is workflow automation infrastructure for AI agents. Your AI agent plans the work, and Askpilot executes it. It is built around executing PROCESS.md, the format behind every workflow, which replaces flowchart-based workflow tools with a more intelligent way to automate business processes end to end.

Describe a process to the AI agent you already use, for example Claude or ChatGPT, and it sets up the whole workflow in Askpilot for you. From then on, the Ask agent in Askpilot runs the workflow on its own, executing the PROCESS.md end to end across your tools. A typical use case is lead qualification: when a new lead comes into your CRM, Askpilot qualifies it and follows it up until they book.

You do not need to replace your current tool stack. Askpilot works as an intelligence layer on top of it. It takes a whole workflow off your team's hands, so your team can spend more of their time on customers. These docs explain everything you need to set up Askpilot and understand how it works. For developers

Askpilot has a public API, so your own systems can trigger any workflow, and webhooks, so a session can send data to your own systems or to any other system that accepts webhooks. The Developers section explains how to get started with the API and how to set up webhooks.
