What is a credit?

A credit is how Askpilot bills for AI work. Each workflow uses some credits. Your plan includes a monthly bucket of credits, with auto-topup available if you need more.

How much credits will I consume?

It depends on the workflow. Simple actions use fewer credits, while complex multi-step workflows use more. Examples:

  • A simple call log (log against contact, transcribe and summarize) costs about 24 credits per run.
  • A standard post-call admin workflow (log call, send follow-up email, create reminder task) costs around 96 credits.
  • A multi-step workflow (log call, create maintenance ticket, schedule a call back, create task) is closer to 228 credits.

These figures are examples to give you a feel for typical credit usage. Actual credit cost varies depending on call length, how much context is needed, and the complexity of each workflow step.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — on request we can set you up with a free trial that includes 5,000 credits, plenty to try things out on real workflows. Email us at support@askpilot.com to request your trial.

Who can sign up for Askpilot?

Askpilot is currently available to businesses only — we onboard companies and their teams, not individual consumer accounts.

What happens if I run out of credits?

By default, workflows pause when you run out of credits. You can either top up manually or wait until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle.

To keep workflows running, enable auto top-up in billing settings. For example, when your balance drops below 7,500 credits, we’ll charge £25 (or $30) and automatically add 20,000 credits. You can turn auto top-up off at any time.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. We offer custom annual billing for businesses on Enterprise plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice on agreed billing terms — get in touch to set this up.
