What an organization is
An organization is your company’s account in Askpilot. Everything that belongs to the company lives in it, and everything you see in the app belongs to the organization you are signed into. A single Askpilot user can have access to more than one organization, each fully separate from the others.
What belongs to an organization
- Members and roles. The people in the organization, each with a role that sets what they can do. See Members and Roles and permissions.
- Workflows, sources and sessions. Every workflow, every source and every session that runs.
- Organization info. General information about your company, described below.
- Billing. The plan and the credits the organization runs on. See Billing.
- API keys. The keys your own systems use to call the Askpilot API for this organization. See Get your API key.
Switching organizations
Picture: the Choose an organization list shown after sign-in to a user who has access to more than one organization.
At the moment there is no switch inside the app. To move to another organization, sign out from your account settings and sign in again at app.askpilot.com. After the login, Askpilot will ask you which of your organizations to open. A user who belongs to one organization only goes straight to it.
