## Overview

Street CRM is a cloud platform built for UK estate and letting agents. Sales, lettings and property management all sit in one system.

Connect it to Askpilot and enquiries get answered while they are still warm, viewings get booked, feedback reaches the vendor the same day, and certificates get chased before they lapse. It runs on a Saturday, over a bank holiday, and when half the branch is out.

Every outcome is written straight back to the right record, so your CRM stays complete without anyone retyping between systems. Your team keeps working exactly as they do now, and can ask their AI agent, or whichever agent they use, what happened at any point.

## Workflows

These are available templates. Create any workflow you want to automate.

- **Portal enquiry to booked viewing** (trigger: Enquiry received): Match the enquiry to the property, reply with availability, chase by email then WhatsApp, and book the viewing in Street CRM.
- **Feedback back to the vendor same day** (trigger: Viewing completed): Ask the applicant while it is fresh, summarise it honestly, and log it against both the property and the vendor.
- **Compliance chased before it lapses** (trigger: Certificate expiring): Watch the dates on the record, chase the contractor and the landlord, and file the certificate when it arrives.
- **Sales progression kept moving** (trigger: Offer accepted): Chase solicitors and brokers on a schedule, log every reply, and bring you anything that needs a decision.
