# Members

On this page you can learn where the members of your organization are listed and how to invite new ones.

## Where to find your members

*Picture: the Members tab under Settings, listing each member with their email, role and the date they joined, with the Invitations tab beside it and the Invite member button.*

Click **Settings** in the left sidebar, then the **Members** tab. It lists every member of your organization with their email, their role and the date they joined. The menu at the end of a row opens a dropdown with two options, **Edit** to change the member’s role and sources and **Delete** to remove the member. The **Invitations** tab lists the invites that have not been accepted yet, described below.

## Invite a new member

*Picture: the Invite member form, with Name, Email, Role set to Member, an optional Sources field, and the Cancel and Send invite buttons.*

On the **Members** tab, click **Invite member**. Enter the person’s name and email, choose a role, **Member** by default, and, if required, pick the sources they should have access to from the start. Click **Send invite** and Askpilot emails them a secure link. Askpilot confirms that the invitation is sent and that it expires in 7 days. What each role can do, and who may invite new members, is explained at [Roles and permissions](https://askpilot.com/docs/roles-and-permissions.html).

## Pending invitations

*Picture: the Invitations tab, listing a pending invite with its status, role and the date it was sent, and the confirmation that the invitation was sent and expires in 7 days.*

The **Invitations** tab lists every invite that has not been accepted yet, with the invitee’s name and email, the status **Invited**, the role they will get and when the invite was sent. An invitation expires 7 days after it is sent. The menu at the end of a row opens a dropdown with two options, **Resend invitation** to send the email again and **Delete** to withdraw the invite. Once they accept, they move to the **Members** tab.
